[Conferences] Python conference "Piter Py #3" /Saint Petersburg/ 22-23 April

Marc-Andre, thanks for the suggestion! Done it.

I'm wondering is it possible to call our conference "PyCon SPb" or
something like that as it is already "PyCon Russia" there...

What do you think?
