[Conferences] Regional Python events on PyCon pages?

multi-lingual conferences ... I think that would get out of hand fast and
we have better things to do.

PolyConf, Fosdem, Oscon, LCA, Flourish,  Libre Plannet had a Python and
Blender talk, I was there.   But I didn't attend to learn about Python.
