[Conferences] Conference website software?

In my initial thoughts on this, it occurred to me that it would be nice to
have a quick way to install a fresh instance to Heroku, Rackspace, AWS,
and/or similar services.  If we did the examples that way, the same scripts
could be used to deploy a production copy for users.
