[Conferences] Fixing links and adding info about PyCon Brasil

Hi Luciano,

thanks for the updates. I'll try to get them in place today.

Please note that I don't regularly read this list. It's better
to write to webmaster at pycon.org in order to get such updates
in place.

BTW: The domain update has already been implemented.
