[concurrency] about the concurrency-sig list

Yes, this sig is an excellent idea.  I would certainly appreciate all the
information that I could get my hands on, since concurrency is central to
the work that I am doing.

Getting periodic emails, with more information on the wiki, would be most
welcome.
