[code-quality] flake8 not showing pyflakes errors

Hm, I wonder if conda respects the entry_points registered in flake8's
entry_points for PyFlakes
(https://bitbucket.org/tarek/flake8/src/91696afa10b21297a7889af3b383921890d118bb/setup.py?at=default#cl-48).
I will try to investigate that this weekend.
