The photo above after Khambatta Dance's performance at the National Performing Arts Center in Mumbai, India shows India's most celebrated Modern dancer, Astad Deboo with young artist and KDC host, Sumeet Nagdev, wh grew up with Astad as his idol. He was touched Astad had come to the show and asked him onstage.

Be it undertaking the Seattle International Dance Festival or working hard to create its art, Khambatta Dance is passionate not only about creating dance, but working to bring artists, cultures and audiences together whether at home in Seattle or in other parts of the world.
