This three-day retreat is an opportunity to dive into the deep wisdom of your moving body and expressive being to forge a sacred connection to self and earth. Participants will be guided through various somatic techniques such as yoga, Nia, Conscious Movement, contact improvisation, energy awareness, writing, meditation, and elemental ritual. Through a dialogue between the subtle body and deep self, we will cultivate a consciousness that is creative, healing, and restorative. Join us to unfurl your wisdom. Three inspired facilitators will seamlessly lead participants in a movement journey that draws from the wisdom and skills of their path. The Philadelphia duo incorporates hoards of community members and even a dog and shares the evening with Cristina Lillienfeld, presenting a much more intimate and vulnerable work about the image of women's bodies in society.
