[CI-Announce] two upcoming Cathy Paine performances

Dear friends and colleagues,

 

I am delighted to be opening the "Women's Project" dance performance on the
Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage, this Saturday, January 10 at 6:00pm, with
my solo performance improvisation, Occasional Piece #24. Julyen Norman will
improvise the soundscape, with lighting by Robin Lyttle. This performance is
free and open to the public, and also features solo performances by Giselle
Mason, Deborah Riley, Carla Perlo, Sherrill Berryman-Johnson, Mary Buckley
and Karen Bernstein. 

 

On Saturday, February 7, at 8:30pm, I will be performing at Baltimore's Red
Room with a host of other music and dance improvisers including Audrey Chen,
Andrew Suseno and John Berndt. Cost is $6, the best deal in town! 

 

I hope some of you can make it, please don't hesitate to contact me if you'd
