[CI-Announce] testing...

Hi, all.  I'm testing use of the mailing list for ci-announcements -
this list is supposed to feed to the various regional lists, but it
was recently broken by some admin maintenance, hopefully fixed now.

Just as a reminder, ci-announce@python.org is for for broadcasting
announcements across the regional lists - ie, currently:

 dc-ci@python.org - washington, dc metro area
 ric-ci@egroups.com - richmond, virginia
 philly-ci@python.org - philadelphia, pennsylvania
 contactnyc@egroups.com - New York, New York metro area
 contact-improv-catchall@egroups.com - People who have no regional list

Nobody can subscribe directly to ci-announce - they have to subscribe
to one of the regional lists (or contact-improv-catchall, for those
without one...)
