[Chicago] Micro:Bit Radio framework (both in micro python).

At Defcon Damien "virtualabs" Cauquil demoed a micropython system where it
can sniff wireless keyboards and hijack drones. But, the framework seems to
also be a good tool for exploration of 2.4 GHZ data.
