[Chicago] Best programming / dev book in 2015

One of the best I read is:

Treading on Python, Vol 2: Intermediate by Matt Harrison

It's a compact gem of a book on some of the more interesting aspect of Python (generators, comprehensions,decorators, closures, and functional programming). The [ very short] section on closures is worth the price alone.
