[Chicago] Good place for hacking in the Loop?

Is the desire to have a curated L Stop : Coffee Shop list or one for
hacking spaces in general.  The first falls under the umbrella of Visual
CTA Chicago but might also work for transitbot and waitbot which are under
one other umbrella.
