[Chicago] Pycon in Chicago?

The Chicago loss was a combination of the success of 2008, and the lousy
economy in 2009. We expanded to another hotel, had a bad agreement and we
didn't have the kind of expanded audience. I mean, that's that. I've been
on the PyCon PC since 2008 and organizing committee, so ... yeah.

I think Chicago offering up a bid would be rough. Check out the Montreal
bid from a couple of years ago. It's pretty amazing.
