Malcolm (and any other interested ChiPy folks),

I've just launched my very own apprenticeship program for my company, and
would recommend you give it a look (http://www.zavteq.com/zavterns). While
the main focus is concentrated on students who are already pursuing an
education in EE, CS, or something similar, we won't turn away someone who
isn't already familiar with many of these basic concepts.

I encourage you read through the page, and if it looks like a fit, please
apply.

Also, other ChiPy folks, we are looking for mentors, and will be paying for
your time, so it's essentially a win-win-win. This program is in its
infancy, but we're very excited about it so far, and if you're interested
in participating, please drop me a line.

Looking forward to the next best meetup ever!
