[Chicago] Android emulators?

It's absolutely worthless as far as I can tell.  It is a shame that it
exists at all because it lulls you into a false sense that it might work,
thereby forcing you to waste countless hours pushing and prodding it to
work as it chugs along like a maimed snail on codine.
