[Chicago] ChiPy needs some love

Chipy meetings are the 2nd Thursday of every month. Details get posted
in email on the mailing list and at the website. http://www.chipy.org/
Usually there will be from 30 to 70 people

Python office hours (not affiliated with chipy, but with many of the
same people) are on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at PS:One.
Details: http://wiki.pumpingstationone.org/Python_Office_Hours (I'm
still working on the wiki). Usually there will be from 5 to 10 people.
