It is sold out, but sponsorship is a way into the conference.

I don't know what their packages are but Python Brasil and PyLadies,
two user groups, are sponsors at the F/OSS level. They typically get a
booth in the expo hall (which is now full), so sometimes they allow
you to trade pieces of the package.
