[Chicago] Python on macs

It already has python on it. You can get a python 3.X version from
python.org. They have nice DMG packages with installers. At least on mine,
python is just a symlink to python26. I dont know if there is a better
system but just changing the symlink to whichever version you want is easy
enough.
