[Chicago] Calendar Server instructions

Kind of off topic, but still running python twisted ...so....



Not sure how many of you need calendar Server in you company, but I
just updated instructions on how to setup Darwin Calendar Server on
debian.

It was as easy as 123.

Now users can share and add events, and tasks inside their mail client.
