[Chicago] Thurs night at PyCon

I was at a conference at the Hyatt a few weeks ago and didn't have to pay
when coming out of one of the gates. Sadly, I only figured that out, by
mistake, on the second day of said conference.

If you enter the parking lot at the end of Bryn Mawr, I was able to exit
from the gate below two times without having to pay. You'll pass right by it
on the way to the entrance of that lot.
