[Chicago] Flourish conf

If they don't already have plans and the means for recording stuff,
maybe people involved in recording chipy meetings would help -- though
Carl might be burned out from doing pycon and need a vacation.

Also, does Flourish need to borrow the pycon power strips? We could
ask permission. We'd probably get it.

Also, does anyone want to man a chipy table? Do we have any chipy
swag? anything to say?
