[Chicago] Bespin Python Highlighting

Hey Steven,

There isn't currently any Python syntax highlighting, but there's a plug-in
style interface for adding new highlighting... It's all done in JS.  This is
the JS one:

I just talked to Ben and Dion and they'd be happy to answer any questions
you have about implementing a Python highlighter, but there isn't one around
currently.
