[Chicago] Good Tech Bookstores in Chicagoland?

Yes, I always thought of Powell's as a Northwest phenomenon but stumbled
upon one in Chicago a few months ago.  Certainly seems like it would be
worth a query.

What about any of the bookstores near the various college/university
campuses?  There must be one that's kinda geeky.
