Exactly-to be perfectly clear, this is *not* a sprint that's intended
for people to just show up to hang out. Participation and some
knowledge of the basic tools is always a good idea.  This includes,
for example:

* Having a Subversion Client loaded and the relevant sources checked out
* Having Python installed (not kidding--this has happened!)
* Participating and not just surfing the web

Even if someone just want to write docs, they should know how the
docs are written.  For the more advanced coders, reading the PEP for
Python 3000 is a major task.
