[Chicago] Wiki page problem

Ah...it's cruft from the wiki move a few weeks ago.  I'll take a look
at it sooner than later.  I think one of the reasons we don't have a
web admin email is because the site is a wiki, so we're all web
admin's...in our own special ways.
