Folks,

I changed the permissions on viewing the chicago at python.org list membership
through the Mailman interface to "admins only".  Previously it was visible
to anyone subscribed to the list.  Then I saw an unsubscribe notice for a
Russian email address.  My assumption is the owner of that address wasn't
just in town for a few days, but subscribed simply to scrape the email
addresses.

If the policy change is a problem, let me know.
