Transcribing talks during the meetup requires a *lot* of speed and
very impractical for us to do. Doing it as the videos come out is a
much practical thing IMO :)

Also it took me ~ 1 Hr to transcribe one talk. If we have about 7-8
volunteers doing 1 talk each that is just 1 hr of their time and at
the end of the day transcripts for all the talks :)
