Got an opportunity to discuss with Samuel Vijaykumar, and other members of the Pych team. It was good to see people with lot of energy willing to promote Python in Chennai. The outcome of the meet is listed below: 1. The two groups will be merged into one unified group. 2. Sam and team are interested in conducting events like workshops and hackathons. To run the group and help organize such events a core team will be formed. The core team will consist of volunteers taking up various roles. Example of roles include website maintainer, mailing list moderator, venue coordinator, meetings coordinator, ... 3. We will be having a core team meeting, on 14th July 7:00 PM at Qruize Technologies.
