[CentralOH] Brainstorming session from January Meeting

Old Platform location, used to go down there; last time I was there 6th
street had free parking on it just south of the brewery, but Google SV
shows that area as pay parking by app now. Think I caught it when the
meters had been pulled but the new signage for the app wasn't up yet.

Also did some adjunct teaching at CSCC, most of the surface lots nearby
belongs to them.
