[CentralOH] columbus.rr.com addresses getting unsubscribed

If you have subscribed to this email list using a columbus.rr.com address,
or know someone who is, please note that for some reason columbus.rr.com is
rejecting emails from this list, and thus triggering unsubscribes of those
email addresses.

I don't know why columbus.rr.com is rejecting these emails, but if you
haven't received COhPy email list emails, this might be why.
