[CentralOH] cohPy] Python Graph Help

Thanks Russ!

Candlesticks may work but they aren't exactly what I'm looking for. I'm
really looking for something that looks like the graphics in the image I
linked.

Basically a ruled line with a shaded area and a triangle pointing to a
specific value.
