[Catalog-sig] PyPI mirrors are out of date

And now that PyPI is on bitbucket, anyone can fork and send pull 
requests IIUC.


Speaking of bitbucket, should PyPI tickets go there now? I opened a PyPI 
ticket on sf.net last week to the resounding sounds of… crickets. :-)
