[Catalog-sig] Trove categories for Buildout recipes and extensions

Hi,

Currently there are 270+ distributions in "Framework :: Buildout"
trove category.

It would be nice if we can add two sub categories:

  Framework :: Buildout :: Recipe
  Framework :: Buildout :: Extension

(Recipes and extensions are two type of plugin mechanisms used in Buildout)
