I think it's too late now, now that the poll has started.

Also, I didn't hear anybody say that they wanted to opt out of
ratings - people opposed to ratings always wanted to turn ratings
off entirely, as they felt it was a useless way of communicating,
or not appropriate for PyPI, etc.
