[Borgbackup] Schroedingers Repo?

hello ,

if even the original author of borg thought this is "strange" on a first
view,  wouldn't some additional and more
explanatory readme/marker file like "THIS_IS_A_BORGEPO_DIR"  make sense ?

at least some more informational message could be helpful to better see,
why borg thinks some dir is a repo.

README could have been any READMY (that's pretty ordinary filename),
maybe even README.borg would be
more self explanatory.

regards
roland
