Hello,

So I've tried some more troubleshooting

borg list off-site_repo
Response:
Prompted for passphrase
Cache, or information obtained from the security directory is newer than
repository - this is either an attack or unsafe (multiple repos with same
ID)

So I tried deleting the cache again
borg delete --cache-only off-site_repo

There was no response (or error) and surprisingly (to me) I wasn't prompted
for the passphrase for this operation

I then re-tried to list the repository
Response:
Prompted for passphrase
Cache, or information obtained from the security directory is newer than
repository - this is either an attack or unsafe (multiple repos with same
ID)

The repository ID's are now definitely different. So there must be an issue
with the cache or something else.
