[Borgbackup] restoring the cache

Are you sure about that? Looking at my BorgMatic config, the docs say
that CACHEDIR.TAG is ignored by default:

> # Exclude directories that contain a CACHEDIR.TAG file. See
> # http://www.brynosaurus.com/cachedir/spec.html for details.
> # Defaults to false.
> # exclude_caches: true

Looking at the docs of BorgBackup itself, one needs to provide a
special argument:

> Exclusion options
> --exclude-caches        exclude directories that contain a
> CACHEDIR.TAG file (http://www.bford.info/cachedir/spec.html)

Looking at my logs, I see that contents of the cache directory seems
to be backed up:
