[Borgbackup] Issues understanding prune 'keep' rules

Presumably you have backups more recent than those in July, and the more
recent ones are "using up" the keep rules.  If you want help, you'll
need to post a list of all recent archives up to the ones that you don't
understand, and the exact borg command that you used.
