[Borgbackup] Exception: /root/.cache/borg/c68...81e/config does not look like a Borg cache.

If you're curious, have a look into that file it complains about. Guess
it is either empty or corrupted somehow.

The "fix" is getting rid of the corrupted cache:

borg delete --cache-only /services/backup/borg/srv

The next few operations after that will take a bit longer because it
will need to rebuild the misc. caches / indexes.
