[Borgbackup] Option to keep yearly backup counting from first backup?

After rereading the OP and the docs, I realize was wrong.  Sorry about
that.  Dan's trick seems quite reasonable, though the --glob-archives
options might work better as it doesn't restrict you to strictly prefixes.
Keeping that singular first backup out-of-repo is another option I'd
consider.  Thinking a little bigger, something like a '--keep-archive
<archive-name>' option (applied last) would be cool.
