[Borgbackup] Borg stale on client

Abhishek,

Are you still able to list the archives in your repo?  I ask as 'borg
create ...' _and_ 'borg list -v --debug $BORG_REPO' hang for me with
no output after 'borg list -v --debug' if I start them after running
'sudo -s'.  However, listing archives works fine if I run 'borg list'
without elevated privileges.
