[Borgbackup] Accidentally deleted some files from a repository

Hi!

I accdidentally deleted some files from a backup repository and found a 
segment to be corrupt.

What can I do next?

Delete the repositories using this segment?

Something else?

If the answer is to delete the repository it would be ok, but if 
possible I like to avoid that.

I am using borg 1.0.11 on CentOS 7.4 with Python 2.7.5.
