[Borgbackup] Backup of a synchronized folder

Keep in mind that synchronization != backup.

Some sync tools might keep some history, but better check if that is
good enough for you.

There is nothing special with that, borg will just back up the files (on
after the other) it finds in the source directories you give to it.

Keep in mind that if you backup a rather active filesystem, the backup
might work changing, inconsistent data, so you maybe want to at least
make a (LVM or filesystem) snapshot and then backup the snapshot.

That will at least give you crash-like consistency.
If you need even better, you need to make sure that all applications /
services have brought their on-disk state into consistency.

borg will just backup file-by-file whatever it finds then.

You have to make sure that the state of each file is an actually useful
/ consistent state.
