[Borgbackup] Enhancement idea: archive tags

Since I began using Borg for archival purposes -- which it is really
good at, the tag-line "deduplicating archiver" is quite right -- I've
put some work into allowing borg-mount to
expose archives in a filesystem-like hierarchy, because larger archives
(in the abstract sense, not the borg sense) in a flat namespace become
really messy to browse.
