It would be helpful if you practically test this, so anything not
discovered by unit tests can be fixed.

The final 1.0.7 release is scheduled for 2016-08-19, so be quick.

Following tests would be useful:

- tests on misc. (network or non-network) filesystems. smbfs, nfs,
sshfs, ...

- locking - it hopefully won't deadlock that easily any more.

- xattrs - esp. race conditions on live filesystems

- running borg check -v

- backing up a huge number of files into 1 archive, like 10 .. 100 million

- env var overrides

- running against borg servers with <= 1.0.6 or 1.0.7rc2

- running with lz4 compression

- running with different backup sets on same machines

- working with the FUSE mount, linux and OS X

- working with output connected to (breaking) pipe, like borg ... | less
(and then pressing q)

- trying the borg versions management practically

- trying borg init --append-only
