So far, we've received a fair bit of talks covering data (that's not to say
you shouldn't submit talks on data anymore). However, we can also benefit
from more beginner level talks on Python basics or popular general purpose
libraries. Something about the new features in Python 3.9 and 3.10 would be
really cool too.

*If you are thinking of giving a lightning talk, you'll have a bit more
