[Baypiggies] IronPython core dev

[Guido van Rossum]

Microsoft no longer supports it directly, but it's not dead; there's a
group of people keeping it alive -- after all it's open source. Not
sure how active this group is, but I think at least Michael Foord and
Dino Viehland are still active.
