[Baypiggies] BayPIGgies meeting for this month

It might be a good idea to put the link to the google BP wiki- so when
people read the announcement for the meeting, they can click on the
wiki link and put their name on the list.

This link should be in such a location - so it doesn't move whenever
the site is updated for the current meeting.
