[Baypiggies] pre-registration for Baypiggies meeting

I do have concerns about what happens when two people are editng the
wiki sign-up page at the same time.  I was in there for about 30
minutes editing away.  While I was there, I'm sure other people wanted
to add their names; and I think four of them did.  Did MoinMoin do a
merge of their content and mine?
